Congratulations to a new Client and New Friend!

Every client is special to us but this one took us through an emotional rollercoaster. We found the perfect place in Rittenhouse Square, pets allowed, breathtaking views of the city and pool! I called the selling agent to make sure ALL pets are allowed and there are no restrictions even though none were on the listing. Since the agent was not sure or aware of any restrictions I called the Condo Management office and found out one of my client’s furry friend was few pounds too big. Our client was then having to decide what to do as she was in love with this condo. The views of the city were breathtaking but her love for her dog meant so much more. Unfortunately she was unable to purchase the condo as they only allowed small dogs. From huge disappointments starting over to a happy ending in good old city, we found Jenn and her two lovely dogs the perfect cozy condo, all size pet friendly!  Some of us have kids, some of us have animals, and some of us have both. All these factors have to be taken into consideration in purchasing condo units with restrictions of pets before showings.

Had to brag on this success! Being a realtor is not easy, very competitive and making yourself available  while you try to balance work and family is the hardest thing. One client worked late hours so I am answering texts and phone calls from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.. The other client wakes up at 5 a.m. and already texting by 6 a.m. I don’t get much sleep but nothing affects the work I do and the representation I am able to give. It is very rare a lower offer gets accepted (beyond rare) but I made it happen.  It wasn’t magic and it is not always going to work. However, I am able to give clients the time and skills that are unique backed up with a team of Real Estate Brokers and Attorneys who have over 30 years of experience.
